Our philosophy

Dark Blue Media has a unique philosophy in creativity. We believe that web design, of whatever guise should be distinctive and always meet if not exceed our customer expectations. To achieve this goal Dark Blue Media has formalised the end-to-end process of creating a website and presented it in an easy to understand format. This ensures our customers know the progress of your project at any milestone of development and more importantly what you can expect while working with Dark Blue Media.

Our relationship with our customers

Unlike other web design companies we do not promote the 'leave everything to me' concept of web design. Dark Blue Media understands the need to encourage a two-way relationship at every stage of a developing project. This creates the foundations for a 'no surprises' partnership where we can get the best from each other. If other companies make you believe that creating a website is a breeze they are probably right. Anyone can create a website, what takes a bit more time is the quality of design, navigation and the thought that's been put in to target the most important people to you, your customers. This can only be achieved by working in a creative and open environment where we can develop the best solution for your business.

Creating content can sometimes seem a laborious task; we cannot write the content for you, as no one knows your business better than you. What we will do is give you the support and advice that may be required to populate your website. By taking the appropriate steps and asking the right questions, we will ensure your website contains rich, effective information which is at your customers fingertips.

What you should expect from us?

Customer satisfaction is paramount to us at Dark Blue Media. After an initial consultation and greeting we will first formulate a user requirement, then and then estimated a cost for the proposed the solution. When you are happy with your user requirement we will present a number of designs for you to choose from. To ensure we meet your expectations, Dark Blue Media is keen to give our customers a range of designs to select from. When a design has been chosen, we will agree a timescale to work to and ensure that we can create a working website by the agreed date. If you have any questions, problems or issues during this time, we will be more than happy to discuss with you. After we have completed your work, you will recieve documentation relating to your site. This will contain details of the site structure and an explanation of any interactive features we incorporate for future reference.

What happens when the work is complete?

Dark Blue Media is always keen to keep in touch will all of our customers, old or new. We provide a after service support for a minimum of three months after we have completed your work to ensure we are there to handle any problems or questions you may have.
